What is your return and exchange policy?

We gladly accept returns and exchanges. Contact us within 7 days of delivery and ship the items back within 14 days of delivery. We don't accept cancellations but please contact us if you have any problems with your order. Custom or personalized orders can't be returned or exchanged because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

 

What is your shipping policy?

All orders are ready to ship and are processed within 2-7 business days. If we have your items in stock we can literally ship the next day but if we have to make it, it can take up to 7 days. If you need an item to arrive for a certain date please let us know in the notes at checkout.


Shipping transit time:

United States: 2-4 business days. 
Canada: 2-8 business days
Rest of the world: 7-21 days depending on your location. Contact us for a quote on faster shipping based on your location and cheaper untracked options.

How do I pick up in person?

If you live in or around Vancouver, BC choose PICK UP IN STORE as the shipping option. You will receive an email when your order is ready and you will be asked to book an appointment. Our studio is located at 393 Powell St in Railtown. If you wish to reschedule your appointment please let us know at least 2 hours in advance or you will have to pay a $5 reschedule fee. 

Do you wholesale or sell in stores?

Because our items are handmade from scratch and because we want to keep the cost of our products as affordable as possible we do not wholesale or sale in stores.

When is your next sale?

We never put our products on sale and therefore you never have to wait for the perfect moment to buy. But we do reward repeat customers :)

Can I come by your studio to shop?

Yes absolutely! We are open by appointment only, which you can book here. If there's something specific you would like to buy is it preferable that you purchase online first to ensure that we have it in stock when you come by.
